## 1. Our services
We provide done-for-you websites, branding, content and marketing services as described on our website. Service inclusions, pricing and delivery timelines are set out on each individual service page at the time of booking.
## 2. Booking and payment
Services are booked and paid for in full at the time of booking via our website. Monthly hosting and maintenance fees (where applicable) are billed separately once your project is delivered, and continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.
## 3. Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines stated on each service page (e.g. 3, 5, or 7 working days) begin once we have received all necessary information and assets from you, via the project brief and/or WeTransfer. Delays in providing this information may affect your delivery date.
## 4. Revisions
Each service includes one round of revisions, which must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Revisions must be within the original scope of the project as briefed; requests for new pages, new products, additional content, or a different direction are treated as a new project and quoted separately. Revisions requested after this 7-day window, or beyond the one included round, are charged at a flat fee of £50 per round.
## 5. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel a services contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
**However, by booking a Service, you expressly request that we begin work before the end of this 14-day period, and you acknowledge that once work has commenced, you lose this right to cancel.** This is necessary given our delivery timelines (as short as 3 working days).
If you wish to cancel before work has commenced, contact us immediately at info@socialsizzle.net.
## 6. Refunds
As set out in our booking policy, all bookings are final once work has commenced and no refunds will be issued, except where required by UK consumer law (for example, where the service delivered does not match its description or is not of satisfactory quality, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
## 7. Monthly hosting and maintenance
Where a Service includes monthly hosting and maintenance, this is billed separately on a rolling monthly basis. Non-payment of these fees may result in suspension of your hosted website until payment is received. You may cancel this ongoing service at any time by giving notice to info@socialsizzle.net.
## 8. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and any content, images or assets needed to complete your project. You confirm that any content or assets you provide do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
## 9. Intellectual property
Once a project is delivered and paid in full, ownership of the final website, design or content created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party tools, stock assets, or platform elements (such as Wix) which remain subject to their own licensing terms. We retain the right to display completed work in our own portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
## 10. Limitation of liability
We will perform our Services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
## 11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@socialsizzle.net. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond in full without undue delay, in line with UK data protection and consumer protection requirements.
## 12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
## 13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
